Hello

Hi everyone,
I know that it has been a couple of months, but the semester is almost over. Then I can crafted.
Things that I have to work on:

• My mom's Christmas gift

• Paris mittens-the women that bought my scarf wants the mittens so I am starting to work on those.
• a sugar bowl cover-another women came in the shoppe the other day and wanted a sugar and creamer set. The one we have didn't have a lid for the sugar bowl cover, so I will have to make it for her. Will do that after finals.

I sold the scarf!!!

I was selling the Paris scarf at a local shoppe and I got a message from the owner saying that it has been sold. Apparently she also told the costumer that I was making the mittens and she eye bugged out of her head. I am still working on perfecting the mittens, so I don't know I would have a pair finished for her.

New Inspiration

I love to find new ideas from many different sources. Lately, I get many of my ideas from pinterest, but I still love to find new ideas from books and magazines. A good craft magazine (at least to my standards) are getting hard to find. Two magazines that I loved to look through have been discontinued and my local grocery store has a very limited selection. I don't get up to a Barnes and Noble to often to browse through their selection. Today, I bought the Knitscene Winter 2014 and I can't wait to look through it. I still need to get the latest issue of "Jane Austen Knits." Anyone have any suggestion of crocheting or knitting magazines?

I want to try and make something like this. I have seen multiple things on the internet that are similar to this. It doesn't seem that difficult to make. I can also do variations of this project.
